Online digital dictation process

A radiologist can record the clinical observations into the palm held digital recorder, and after the dictation is complete, using the USB feature of the digital recorder, the dictation can be transferred onto a Personal Computer, and through the FTP feature available on our website the dictations can be uploaded, the radiology reports are typed and sent to the concerned radiologist in a turn-around-time of 24 hours.

Toll free Phone-in-Dictation

Instead of using the digital voice recorder, radiologist can dial our toll free Phone-in-Dictation service and dictate the radiology reports; any telephone can be used for this purpose, it could be a hands-free speaker phone, a cordless headset, a cell phone, a VOIP soft phone (like Skype) from a computer or a PDA or for that matter a payphone overseas.
